Our LITTLE TIGERS classes are built around movement, structure and fun! Our instructors understand the philosophy of enjoyment in activity and with Taekwondo it’s no different. We’ll help your child to understand their own movement and at the same time guide them through our required Taekwondo syllabus. At LITTLE TIGERS it’s about getting them excited to learn through the use of games, Taekwondo specific movement and most of all Fun!

Ages 13yrs and above

Mondays: 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Thursdays: 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Our ADULT classes expand the theory of Taekwondo through physical movement within the martial art and sport. From self-defense, fundamental techniques, physical conditioning, sparring and discipline, our instructors support you through your Taekwondo journey. We’ll encourage your improvement within the thresholds of your own ability and give you the opportunity to be your best you.
